From what has been a battle and stress for the past 4 years, within the space of 8 weeks, Dr. Samana and the team have made me feel that my gut instinct was right. It's very difficult to put into words how your support and ultimately diagnosis will change our lives. Dr. Samana and Emma were able to pick up on everything during assessments and meetings. Your knowledge and techniques of being able to unravel 12 years of a little boy struggling, but not being supported were amazing. The final meeting to discuss the diagnosis and report was extremely helpful, as Dr. Samana was also able to give us further advice on how we can discuss the diagnosis with my son and further support him. Thank you for the care and support you gave our child and us (his parents) during the process. Our child was made to feel comfortable at all times. Maram and Emma were highly knowledgeable and were able to explain complex concepts to us in a language we could understand. The assessment itself was very thorough and we came away satisfied that the diagnosis was carefully considered. We were also given some clear suggestions about next steps. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wardakhan and HYM, I feel the service they give is exceptional. We have had many issues with my son and medication along the way but Dr. Wardakhan is always quick to respond, always helpful and supportive, offering options to try and involving us and my son in any decisions. She has such a wonderfully gentle and calm manner, is very approachable and open to our thoughts and feedback. I am so glad I did the extensive research I did when seeking a private assessment and that it brought me to HYM and Dr. Wardakhan and her team. When compared to many of the large companies offering assessments HYM seems very reasonably priced, many of them felt like it was any excuse to charge more money but this is not the case with HYM. Thank-you so much Dr Wardakhan and your admin ladies, who are very responsive and efficient, we really appreciate you and all you have done and continue to do for us and our son.
