We honestly cannot thank Dr Haider and team enough for the support and guidance that we
received. Our lives and, most importantly, TG’s life have really changed for the better after
such a bad time.

Our daughter has been on anxiety medication by Dr Haider. She is so happy and much more
settled. Her outbursts have stopped and she has been spending more time at home – she
says she doesn’t feel anxious about missing out now, which is brilliant. She says she feels
different in school, too and more confident to speak to teachers. Overall, the results are
simply amazing. Many thanks and Merry Christmas to you all.

We’ve had a positive experience with you. Dr Haider has been lovely and we feel she really
wants to help EW. The clinic room is lovely and welcoming. We appreciate how kind and
helpful everyone has been.

It has been an excellent and very supportive service. Every member of staff who has been involved in my daughter’s care has been compassionate, helpful and supportive. Everything has been explained to us in great detail and they have been amazing with my daughter.

The whole experience has been amazing; throughout every step there has been lots of information available. The booking process was easy and simple & throughout the whole experience there were no challenges.

Our experience was excellent, staff responded to my emails, the Dr had a very kind approach. We felt the report was comprehensive.

Fantastic service. Maram was great, she was very welcoming and handled all our concerns with care. Maram is very knowledgeable and attentive during the appointments. We left each appointment feeling like all our concerns had been listened to in full and taken on board. The whole process was clearly explained to us each step of the way so we knew exactly what to expect from Healing Young Minds. Emma was great with my son during his ADOS assessment he even talked about how he would like to return again! The diagnostic report was very detailed and covered every basis. It contained lots of recommendations at the end which were incredibly helpful to support my son after the diagnosis. I especially liked the fact Healing Young Minds offer a feedback session for any questions/concerns to be answered after the report is issued. Our journey at Healing Young Minds was worth every penny! Thank you for everything Maram and Emma.

Incredible! 10/10! Genuinely life changing, everybody we met was kind and professional and just lovely. My daughter felt calm, safe and heard throughout the journey. Excellent. All staff were friendly and informative, always put us at ease. Booking was very flexible when rearranging appointments due to illness. Overall, very pleased with how smooth the process was.

Brilliant, Maram was amazing, she really listened and went through every detail with us. She was lovely to my son and they got on very well. She gave me ideas and support on how to manage my son’s autism and ADHD. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly, they could make the appointments for me on the day I requested, which meant I didn’t need to get time off.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and my son. Emails were always prompt and appointments arranged very quickly. We both felt very comfortable and understood by the receptionist and the Doctor. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for helping to make a difficult journey easier. From what has been a battle and stress for the past 4 years, within the space of 8 weeks, Dr. Samana and the team have made me feel that my gut instinct was right. It's very difficult to put into words how your support and ultimately diagnosis will change our lives. Dr. Samana and Emma were able to pick up on everything during assessments and meetings. Your knowledge and techniques of being able to unravel 12 years of a little boy struggling, but not being supported were amazing. The final meeting to discuss the diagnosis and report was extremely helpful, as Dr. Samana was also able to give us further advice on how we can discuss the diagnosis with my son and further support him. Seeing the world through my daughter’s eyes and learning to understand her world better has been mind blowing to say the least.
